This just means that once your item is shipped out there will be no refunds. But if there happens to be a problem with your shipment such as Death Apon Arrival. There will be one more replacement shipment, only replacing the insects that have passed during shipping. (Photos will need to be provided in order to be a proved for a new shipment.) All shipments with Isopods will have an extra 10% live Isopods in them so for example if you bought 20ct their will be 22ct in the container, so if there happens to be a couple deaths during shipping the extra 10% will make up for the loss. We also CAN NOT be held accountable if you provide the wrong address, if this happens to be the case there will be no refund nor reshipment.
Extreme weather
Items will be held for pickup in extreme weather so please keep an eye on tracking
