1864 Seated Liberty Silver Dime, VF Obverse Details, Full Date

1864 90% Silver Seated Liberty Dime for sale. The coin in the picture is the coin you will receive. Every letter of LIBERTY is visible on the shield. The reverse of the coin has been smoothed and the name "EFFIE" has been ornately carved into it, therefore I do not know if this is a San Francisco coin or a rare Philadelphia issue. It also has been holed at some point and was possibly cleaned.
