Payment
We except PayPal and all major credit cards. The billing for your order will show as R.G. Summers & Co. on your credit card.
Shipping
Shipping Policy:
We ship Monday – Friday excluding holidays, we usually ship the same day or within 24 hours when you order is received before 12:00 PM Central time.
We usually ship FedEx, USPS Standard Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail.
Please Note for Combined Shipping:
We DO combine shipping on multiple items, 2 or more of same items will combine automatically, but eBay does not calculate automatically for multiple different items.
To receive combined shipping for multiple items, please select "Add to Cart" for each item, then view your cart once you've added all items, then click "Request total from seller" from the top different right of the shopping cart (do NOT pay). This should allow us to send you a corrected invoice with the correct amount for combined shipping.
All items must be on one transaction.
If for some reason this does not work, email us after buying and we will issue a refund for the excess shipping that you have paid when we prepare your order. (our packers do not see if the shipping was combined for separate orders)
If you do not request an invoice or contact us after buying multiple items and pay for each item separately with shipping, items will ship in separate packages, no exceptions.

International Buyers:
We ship: USPS First Class International and USPS International Priority Mail, tracking provided. Price and shipping charges do not include any VAT or import duty tax charged by your country if any.
Returns
Return Policy:
If you received a damaged or broken item, call or email us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you, It is quicker to resolve when you email us photos of the damage or broken items. If the item is delivered in a box apparently damaged by the carrier, if the damage is severe, refuse the delivery, otherwise make a notation on the delivery receipt and ask for a copy.
If for some reason you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back refund, (less shipping charges) item must be returned to us within 30 days, unopened and unused in the same boxes & packing material the item was received in. Return shipping is paid by buyer. If the item was sent with free shipping, the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
If item has been opened or not packed properly for return shipping a 15% handling/repackaging charge will apply.
If returning an item, call or email for a Return Authorization Number, (RAN) and the address to return the item.
