This is an antique "The Acme Thunderer" silver-colored brass police whistle. This is an estate find and an authentic NYPD-used item; saved in the old belongings of a former NYPD policeman who served in the 1920's and 1930's. This whistle still works and is quite loud; the volume and tone being two of the reasons that this model and brand was often used by police officers. Made in England. As shown, has some vintage finish wear commensurate with age. A cool antique NYPD collectible.

I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping.  Items get shipped either first class or priority mail depending on their weight and size.
