The package is opened but all the content inside is NEW AND UNUSED and in their original Plastic wrapping
THE UNIT IS NOT TESTED -
I made a small slice in the plastic seal so that I could plug in the charger and charged the iPod for 12hours
but no further testing was done.
Battery life is unknown but it took a full charge
