Important Notes:
1. We do include an additional 5% of the quantity sold just to make sure you get what you pay for.
2. There are shipping delays in USPS please plan accordingly and order ahead of time so you do not end up without food for your pets.
3. We include carrots and/or potatoes just to make sure the worms are hydrated during the trip.
4. Superworms do not tolerate cold or excessive heat. We take utmost care in packaging and depending on the destination, we might add a heat pack or a cold pack so you get healthiest worms.
5. Post office hold is "highly recommended" if the temperature is below 45 and above 85 degrees. If your mail is left on your doorstep or porch under the direct sunlight in your absence, it is your responsibility to check the local weather and request "Hold at post Office".
6. We require two pictures within 24 hours of delivery in case there are issues with your order so we can file a claim with the USPS.
