    Description

    Pressed Glass Medco Serve U Set  No 86 Ketchup Shaker/Dispenser 1950s
    We are  pleased to offer this lovely vintage Medco Restaurant Ware ketchup shaker manufactured by
    the Measuring Device Company of NY- MEDCO (marked on bottom).
    It was part of a Serve U Set that included salt & pepper shakers, syrup pitcher, sugar shaker and this ketchup dispenser. This set
    is pictured in Gene Florence's "Kitchen Glassware of the Depression Years: Identification & Values" reference guide on page 61, sixth edition.
    All the pieces feature an
    embossed pattern in the glass with plastic lids.
    This ketchup shaker has a cream colored plastic lid- no insert in lid. It is made of very heavy pressed glass and features vertical panels on the sides. It stands 5-1/2" tall. It is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. Just a lovely  piece of  vintage 1950s Restaurant Ware that you are sure to want to add to your kitchen glassware collection.
