But be assured, it does not prevent it from seamlessly making its job, which is cooking your perfect meal.
Kazan, Qozon, is a cast iron cauldron traditionally used all over Central Asia, Russia, Turkey, China. It's an essential item in Uzbek and many other cuisines. This particular Kazan is 100% made of pure high quality cast iron including the lid. Using an ancient, centuries old, casting method results in an authentic heavy duty Kazan.
Each Kazan is sanded inside
and then treated in a traditional way,
seasoned with vegetable oil
, no chemical coats or enamels, all natural as it was for centuries ago.
This Kazan includes a
Multi Purpose Cast Iron Lid can be use as a "Saj" to prepare flat bread or as a "Sadj" to prepare many ethnic recipes.
All these kazans have slight aesthetic imperfections which are normal due to the way the the iron is pored into molds.
