Vintage Bizarre Brass Whistle
w/an even More Bizarre Brass Case w/a Lovely Chain w/Hook Clip
by the look of the chain and hook, it wasn't used much or just was taken well care of,
the case has two bolts with loops, no clue what these were used for,
stand the case upright, looks like a fire hydrant, on it's side, looks like a bull horn,
Simply said, I don't have a clue!
